chef, Chef Adil celebrates his
love of cooking by bringing a
modern flair to the ancient,
traditional Indian
Tandoor technique of cooking
to St. Lucia. Diners can
enjoy watching the Chefs in
action in the open display
kitchen or gain personal lessons
from the chef himself.

last dinner guest leaves. We
